Track 15 of 16

lyrics

Greiving is best done alone. There's safety in numbers but healing just takes too damn long. If you disliked the chorus would you sit through the verse? Would knowing the ending make it better or worse of a song? This is all wrong. I just want my head to stop ringing. Answer the phone, a message thats always repeating: caller unknown. Being afraid doesn't help. You stashed your true feelings on shelves deep in your mind. Somewhere where they're hard to find (Even for yourself.) We fought for the ocean and drowned in its seas. We ran for the hills and got lost in the trees on the way. The rescue brigade triend but they just couldn't save us. There, under the sky, we held open our eyes as planes above flew by. They looked just like the light of a small city falling down to earth tonight. Everybodies looking for something. I hope you find yourself looking for something that better than this. You can stop blaming yourself. I know that it still haunts you and for that, I wish you well.
